In 2022, Elle joined the Curie team as Marketing Director, leading the company to achieve 300% year-over-year growth within her first 12 months. During her tenure, she expanded the marketing team from a single person to a 10-member team composed of full-time employees and agency partners. In addition to driving Curie’s impressive DTC growth, one of her most significant accomplishments was overseeing the brand's first nationwide retailer rollout. Elle developed a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan, encompassing digital, OOH, media, social, and more, ensuring the launch’s success. As a result, Curie’s deodorant stick became the #1 product in Walmart’s 2023 new product rollout for the Naturals category. Elle was responsible for overseeing all facets of the brand and marketing strategy, managing a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget.
